4. Asset seasoning: Maintain qualifying investments for a minimum of six months.
   
5. Application submission: Lodge full documentation package with InvestHK and the Immigration Department.
   
6. Approval-in-Principle issuance: Upon review, temporary visa granted pending final checks.
   
7. Investment confirmation: Submit portfolio statements, compliance letters, and intermediary attestations.
   
8. Visa stamping and initial entry: Receive formal two-year residence visa.
   
9. Ongoing compliance and reporting: Annual statements to maintain investment threshold.
   
   

PR application after seven years: Subject to presence and continuous ordinary residence.
